SERVICES

Mijo's Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in El Paso, TX and surrounding areas. All services are provided by appointment only. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or text.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather conditions.

PRICING & PAYMENT

• Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements.
• A final quote will be provided before service begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

• The vehicle must be accessible at the agreed-upon location and time.
• Excessive clutter or personal items should be removed from the vehicle before service.
• We bring our own water, power, and equipment — no utilities from you are required.
• A reasonable amount of space around the vehicle is needed for our equipment.

LIABILITY

Mijo's Mobile Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, loose trim, or mechanical issues.
• Any concerns about existing damage should be communicated before service begins.
• We document the condition of vehicles before starting work when possible.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.
